What you pay.
These are the prices. Fuel and parking inside the area you book are included. Liam confirms the figure when you message him, before any deposit.
Weddings
Ribbon, the door, and the photos.
Saturday is the price below. A weekday or a Sunday is $80 less, because those dates are easier to hold.
An extra hour, agreed before the day, is $120. Liam does one wedding on a Saturday. He will not stack a second ceremony behind yours.
School formals and balls
Arrive together.
Private hire and photos
Two hours, then $120.
Airport
When the entrance matters.
This is not the cheap ride from the airport. It is the Impala, with Liam meeting you at arrivals and helping with the bags. One way.
Distance
Where the price already reaches.
Included
Wellington City, the Hutt Valley including Upper Hutt and Wainuiomata, and Porirua through to Pukerua Bay.
Kapiti Coast, +$80
Paekākāriki to Waikanae, on any wedding, formal, private hire, or photo session. Airport trips north are priced on their own line.
Wairarapa, +$120
Featherston through to Martinborough. Say the town when you book.

Ask. Liam prices it before you pay a deposit. He would rather say no than guess.
Plain terms
So the day stays simple.
Deposit
$200 holds a wedding. $100 holds anything else. Bank transfer. Liam texts the account number. The date is not held on a maybe.
The rest
Due 7 days before. If you booked inside the week, due on the day, before he sets off.
If you cancel
More than 21 days out, the deposit comes back. Inside 21 days, the deposit stays, unless Liam rebooks that date, in which case it comes back too.
If Liam cancels
You get the deposit back in full. If he can, he will help you find another way there. He will not leave you without a call.
In the price
Liam driving, fuel inside the area, parking at the venue, a clean car, and ribbon on weddings.
Not in the price
Extra hours that were not agreed, travel past the area you booked, and a second car. The Impala is not available to drive yourself.
Passengers
Four passengers is full. Ask Liam about seatbelts if children are riding. The car does not have modern child-seat anchors.
House rules
No smoking or vaping. Food stays outside and any drink brought into the car must stay capped. Feet stay on the floor, not on the seats or dash.
Cleaning and soiling
Please leave the Impala as clean as you found it. Vomit, spills, mud, food, makeup, or other soiling that needs specialist cleaning may incur a cleaning charge of up to $300, based on the work required and time off the road.
Damage
The person who books is responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage caused by their passengers, beyond ordinary wear. Please do not sit or lean on the bodywork, climb through windows, or handle the car's controls.
Safe conduct
Liam may refuse or end a trip if a passenger is abusive, behaving illegally, too unwell to travel safely, or putting the car or anyone in it at risk. A trip ended because of passenger conduct is not refundable.
Belongings
Check the seats and boot before leaving. Liam will look after anything found, but McLean Impala is not responsible for belongings left behind unless loss or damage was caused by Liam's negligence.
By confirming a booking, the person booking accepts these terms for everyone travelling. All listed prices are in New Zealand dollars. Liam confirms the final figure before asking for a deposit.
